MainOne Technical Support Internship


Aim and Benefits of MainOne Technical Support Internship

The Technical Support Intern will be responsible for the following functions:

  1. Configure, test, and provision customers on the CRM platform.
  2. Coordinate 3rd party installation and support activities.
  3. Assign new requests/opportunities captured from the MainOne website.
  4. Run weekly reports on incidents – opportunities and complaints.
  5. Network management and monitoring.
  6. Perform 1st level fault troubleshooting tasks.
  7. Liaise with OEM to resolve technical related issues.
  8. Liaise with the vendor(s) for customer installations.
  9. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
  10. Critically analyze customer complaints and issues with a bid to provide lasting solutions.
  11. Continually drive customer satisfaction through the speedy resolution of complaints.

Requirements for MainOne Technical Support Internship Qualification

  1. B.Sc/HND in Electrical & Electronics Engineering 
  2. Excellent communication skills.
  3. Multitasking skills.
  4. CCNA Certification and previous experience in a similar position will be an added advantage.
