Requirements for University Of Laval Scholarship Program
- Must be an international student.
- Must be pursuing studies in administrative sciences at the undergraduate level.
- Must have obtained or be in the process of obtaining a diploma from a secondary institution (baccalaureate) in sub-Saharan Africa or the Maghreb.
- Must have a minimum general average of 14/20, including 14/20 or higher in mathematics.
- Must be a national of a sub-Saharan African or Maghreb country.
