• Be a student of any accredited institution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria

The following guidelines must be adhered to for your essay entry to be considered for review;

• Essay Font: Times New Roman, Font Size 12
• Include the writer’s name and contact information (preferably an email)
• Present a critical examination of the impact and possible solutions to brain drain in Nigeria, using your own words
• Prohibit the use of AI or any form of plagiarism
• Use references when citing an author
