Requirements for Ericsson Graduate Program Qualification

  1. Ericsson is looking for Engineering Graduates who have completed their studies between 2018 and 2019 with one of the following Bachelor DegreesElectronics Engineering, Computer Science / Software/Computer Engineering / IT or Information Systems / Networks Engineering, Communications, IT& Engineering degrees with a focus on Telecommunications. 
  2. All graduates should have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program. A verification of the NYSC program will be done on all shortlisted candidates.

  1. Basic Network level competence
  2. Database Understanding
  3. Basic understanding of programming and scripting language
  4. Broad Technical Acumen
  5. Problem Solving Ability
  6. Creative Thinking
  7. Good planning organizing skills
  8. Teamwork & collaboration skills
  9. Presentation skills (oral and written)
  10. Proficiency in Microsoft office
