As a foundation, we focus the bulk of our efforts on interventions, educational support for individuals, because we strongly believe that education is one major tool that has the power to change the current economic condition of Africa.

Benefits of rTSF Indigent Scholarship

The Reverend Tony Akinyemi Scholarship Foundation is a philanthropic organization dedicated to facilitating the academic advancement of gifted children by providing them with opportunities to attain the highest educational qualifications within their capacity.

Requirements for rTSF Indigent Scholarship

The foundation offers scholarships in two main categories, catering specifically to students at different stages of their educational journey:

A. Secondary Students

If you are a secondary school student in a government institution, you could be eligible for this scholarship. Here are the criteria you need to meet:

• Enrolment Status: You must be enrolled in Junior Secondary School 1 (JSS1) to Senior Secondary School 2 (SSS2). This also includes students transitioning from Primary 6 to JSS1.
• Academic Performance: A minimum academic performance of 65% is required.
• Financial Need: You must demonstrate a need for financial support to continue your education.

Undergraduate Students

Undergraduate students are not left out. If you’re pursuing your degree in a government institution, consider this opportunity. The requirements are:

• Enrolment Level: Students must be enrolled in the 100-300 level for four-year courses, 100-400 level for five-year courses, or 100-500 level for six-year courses.
• GPA Requirement: You must maintain a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.50 on a scale of 5.00, or 2.50 on a scale of 4.00.
• Financial Need: Like your secondary counterparts, you need to show that financial assistance is critical for your academic pursuits.
