Miss SDG Nigeria (MSDG) is an offspring of the Miss Global Goals International pageant (MGGIP), which empowers women to develop the confidence needed to pursue their dreams, reduce inequality, end poverty, and halt climate change by 2030.
MGGIP’s platform is to bring awareness to the 17 UN sustainable development goals.Ladewin Initiative is a registered non-profit organization based in Abuja, Nigeria. It focuses on women education and empowerment, and capacity building.
Miss SDG Nigeria (MSDG) pageant is a relatively new beauty pageant that was launched in 2016, founded by a Swedish entrepreneur named Johan Erikson, who was inspired by the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals with a mission to promote the UN SDG and empower young women to be agents of positive change in their communities.
