The DCTP and PYAP provide for scholarships and fellowships for aviation professionals from developing ICAO Member States, to attend training at the Singapore Aviation Academy (SAA). I am pleased to announce that in financial year 2021/2022 (April 2021 to March 2022), 110 Fellowships and 1 Scholarship will be available under the DCTP, while 120 Fellowships and 14 Scholarships will be available under the PYAP for SAA’s virtual training courses. Details of the courses, as well as terms and conditions of the scholarships and fellowships can be found in Attachments A and B. More courses will be announced soon; please refer to the fellowships page on SAA’s website for updates (https://saa.caas.gov.sg/fellowships). It is important to note, however, that course content and course delivery are outside the Organization’s purview and hence the sole responsibility of the Government of Singapore.
