GEEP is about championing environmental education around the world. We seek to use the power of education to create a more just and sustainable future, where people and nature thrive. Our goal—a world where environmental and social responsibility drive individual, community, and institutional choices.

In 2017, the GEEP launched a global Call to Action, which was focused on the key actions that were identified by leaders in the field about what we should focus on in the next decade. We followed that with a global pledge focused on three big goals for our work in environmental education.
