Requirements for Wema Bank Graduate Program

To fast track to a bright future with us, you should meet the following requirements:

1. A First Class, Second-Class Upper degree or Higher National Diploma (Distinction, Upper Credit)
2. 5 O’ level credits (including English & Mathematics) at ONE sitting
3. Maximum of 18 months work experience post- National Youth Service
4. Not older than 26 years at the point of application
5. Strong analytical and numerical skills
6. Masters’ degree from a recognized university would be an added advantage.
7. Relevant professional certification(s) would also be an advantage.
