The Application for the 2025/2026 Lagos State Bursary and Scholarship Awards is now Open. 

The Lagos State Scholarship Board is the State Government’s organ established in February 1968. Its primary aim is to support the wellbeing of indigenous students in higher education.

Requirements for Lagos State Bursary and Scholarship Awards

Eligibility is strictly limited to:

• Newly admitted 2025/2026 students
• Previously admitted Lagos State indigenes who did not apply in previous years.
• Eligible applicants must be enrolled in tertiary institutions across Nigeria.
• The applicant must have a minimum CGPA of 3.5 and above for undergraduate and 2.1 (second class upper) for postgraduate.

Application Documents

To ensure a seamless Registration process, Applicants are advised to have the following requirements handy before proceeding with application:

• Recent Passport Photograph
• Valid Means of Identification
• NIN
• LASSRA
• Matric NO
