Requirements for First Bank of Nigeria Service Executive Conversion Programme Qualification

Interested Service Executives must possess the following skills set:

  1. Excellent communications skills
  2. Strong Interpersonal and relationship management skills
  3. Analytical skills
  4. Self-driven and results-oriented
  5. Highly innovative with excellent problem-solving skills
  6. Good team player
  7. Familiarity with global financial trends and developments
  8. Proficient in the use of MS Excel, Word and Power Point

Below are the eligibility criteria for the conversion exercise:

  1. Not more than 32 years.
  2. A good first degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower or HDD Upper Credit from recognized institutions.
  3. Possession of higher degree(s) and/or relevant professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, will be a distinct advantage.
  4. Must have worked in the Bank for a minimum of 1 year as a non-core staff.
  5. Sound moral and ethical conduct with no disciplinary records.
  6. Evidence of mandatory NYSC scheme or Exemption Certificate.
