The Coronation Graduate Trainee Programme Academy is designed to attract entry-level Talent into companies within the Coronation Ecosystem. This programme offers recent graduates a unique opportunity to gain practical experience, access tailored trainings, and mentorship, all within a supportive and dynamic work environment.

The Academy focuses on building technical expertise and analytical capabilities, developing the skills needed to understand and manage risks, seize opportunities, and navigate regulatory requirements.  Additionally, it fosters the development of professional networks within and beyond the Coronation ecosystem

The 2025 Graduate Trainee Programme has Six Academies:

5. Registrars Academy
6. Technology Academy

Requirements for Coronation Merchant Bank Graduate Trainee Program

• A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division (2:1) from a reputable university.
• A minimum of 5 credits in WAEC including Mathematics & English in not more than two sittings.
• Completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
• Applicants must not be older than 27 years of age at the time of application.
• Relevant professional qualifications or certifications will be considered an added advantage.
