2024 Dreaming New Worlds Program by Goethe Institut
Published: 31 May 2024
For the second edition of the program,we invite multidisciplinary artists, curators, and historians working across various media, including but not limited to visual art, film, writing, performance, and architecture. to explore the means for this contextualization, the contexts and propose work that help build new contexts for the country.
We are particularly interested in individuals who integrate art, technology, and the sciences into their practices. The goal is to explore how the ideas and philosophies we hold as true in society contrast with the reality of the Nigerian experience.
Fifteen artists and scientists will be invited to participate in a one-week Ideathon, where they will form collectives and collaborate to align their practices and ideas with the curatorial vision.
