A Stem is an educational gathering of students and tutor(s) that meet occasionally in a learning environment to work on the different hands-on components of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. STEM club encourages students to explore, learn, build, and understand the integration of STEM in everyday life. STEM is a learning place equipped with modern learning materials and tools which enables students to design and create prototype using their hands-on skills and scientific knowledge.
At Stem Club, we think all children should have the opportunity to learn to code, no matter who they are or where they come from. Our aim is to train 2 million high school kids in the field of programming using the teachers in their local school
Our projects are easy to follow, step-by-step guides which help young people learn Scratch, HTML & CSS, and Python by making games, animations, and websites. The projects gradually introduce coding concepts to allow young people to build their knowledge incrementally, which also means there’s no need for the adult running the session to be a computing expert. We also support active clubs with a range of extra resources, including certificates and posters, as well as offering competitions and prize draws for them
