The University of Essex is a public research university in Essex, England. It was established in 1963, welcomed its first students in 1964 and received its Royal Charter in 1965. Essex's motto, "Thought the harder, heart the keener", is adapted from the Anglo-Saxon poem The Battle of Maldon.

Requirments for Scholarship Masters Qualification

You must meet all of the following conditions.

  • be classified as an international student for fee purposes
  • be entirely self-funding your studies
  • for 2018-19 entry: be applying for a full-time Masters course starting in 2018-19 (excluding MBA)
  • for 2019-20 entry: be applying for a full-time Masters course starting in 2019-20 (excluding MBA)
  • meet the academic criteria in the table above

Application Deadline

September 13, 2019 .


How to apply

If you meet all the requirement, and accept the scholarship offer, then you will be awarded the scholarship. You will be duely nitified if you were considered for the scholarship by the end of october 2019.
