The purpose of the “PhD Scholarship” is to recruit high achieving graduate students in certain majors at UAEU and provide them with full and continuous financial support to pursue their graduate studies at UAEU. UAEU PhD Scholarship

Benefits of UAEU PhD Scholarship

1. Full tuition waiver.
2. Monthly Stipend.
3. Health insurance (if needed).
4. Extra Bonus:
   1. Up to AED 3,000 from supervisor’s external research project, or.
   2. Up to AED 2,000 from supervisor’s internal research project.

Duties and Expectations:

1. Maintain GPA ≥ 3.3 at the PhD level.
2. Be enrolled full-time (min. of 9 credits/semester) at the PhD level. 
3. Be available at UAEU full-time.
4. Commit to a minimum of 40 hours/week on courses and/or research project

Requirements for UAEU PhD Scholarship

1. Have a GPA ≥ 3.5/4.0 in Master degree.
2. Have no employment or other financial sponsorship.
3. Have dissertation in one of the UAE priority sectors (Renewable Energy, Transportation, Health, Water, Technology, Space).

2. Copy of Master degree transcript
3. Copy of CV with a list of relevant publications                           
4. Statement of research interest (300 words max.)
5. Two letters of recommendation from individuals who supervised your academic or research work.
