TSL invites suitably qualified graduates into its Graduate Trainee Program 2025, an 18-month structured learning and development experience designed to equip young, ambitious, and talented graduates with the skills to kickstart their careers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Our goal is to nurture the next generation of leaders in the transport and logistics sector, who will drive innovation, efficiency and impact at TSL and beyond.

Requirements for TSL Graduate Trainee

• A minimum of a Second-Class Upper (2:1) degree 
• Recent graduates or maximum 2 years post-NYSC experience
• Passionate about leadership and building a career in logistics.
