The Garments Cluster Support Scheme (GCSS) is a government-backed initiative aimed at providing support and assistance to garment clusters to enhance their competitiveness, sustainability, and overall development. This program seeks to enhance the capacities of MSME beneficiaries to be able to finish their prodcuts (garment) appropriately and increase their market access.

The Garments Cluster Support Scheme aims to benefit a wide range of stakeholders involved in the garment industry, including fashion designers, tailors, manufacturers, exporters, associations, workers, entrepreneurs, and local communities.
