The Precision Agriculture Incubation Program (PAIP) is a 6 weeks capacity-building program designed to equip young people with practical knowledge in digital and precision agriculture.
The Precision Agriculture Incubation Program provides holistic training, introducing participants to Precision Agriculture, Sustainable and Data-Driven Farming and Application of Drones in Agriculture.
It covers technical digital agriculture courses and includes modules on Corporate and Personal Branding. Capacity building is emphasised, ensuring participants acquire a diverse skill set for a successful and impactful career in the evolving landscape of agriculture and technology.

Requirements for Precision Field Academy Agriculture Incubation Program
- Must be between the age of 18 years to 35 years.
- Must have a background in Agriculture engineering, agriculture
science or agriculture related field.
- Must be passionate about precision and digital agriculture.
- Must be available for both online and on-site training.
- Must be committed to start and complete the training.
- Must be a graduate or undergraduate finalist in Agriculture with
proof.
- Females are greatly encouraged to apply (40% inclusion)
