Requirements for OA Foundation ARASH Scholarship

Candidates must meet the following criteria

• Must have met the minimum requirements to secure admission in one of the accredited Federal or State Universities
• Must be between the age of 18 and 23 years of age
• Must be able to provide strong compelling reason(s) for needing our sponsorship/scholarship
