99 Scholarships is inviting applications for the Nurse Award in Canada for 2019/2020 from Nursing students who a residents in Canada and are enrolled either in a high school or any registered/recognised Canadian University.
The selected students will receive scholarship award of $1,000 from 99 Scholarships to help with their studies.
Eligible students who meet the 99 Scholarships eligibility criteria are encouraged to apply.

The scholarship award is valued at $1,000
A panel of judges appointed by the Sponsor will judge each applicant’s submission on the basis of the following weighted criteria:
Demonstrated Passion for Nursing 30 Points
Creativity & Originality 30 Points
Overall Quality of Submission 40 Points
Total Score Maximum 100 Points
Applicants will not receive their scores. Judging will be completed on or about January 5th, 2020 and the scholarship winner will be announced on the 99 Scholarships website on or about January 15th, 2020.
In the event of a tie between two or more entries based on total Score, the Entrant associated with the entry – from amongst all such Entries that are tied – with the highest score on Overall Quality of the Contestants’ Submission will be deemed to be the eligible winner. In the event there continues to be a tie between two or more entries based on the score, all Entrant entries that are still tied will be entered into a random draw conducted by the Contest Judges.
A completed application form including a personal statement that touches on: (a) your background in nursing, and what nursing means to you; and (b) how winning this scholarship could further your future academic or career goals. You may add photographs or video to help support your submission.
