Requirements for Nigerian Air Force Basic Military Training Recruitment Exercise

Applicants must be Nigerian citizens.
Males must be at least 1.66m tall, and females must be at least 1.63m tall.
Applicants must be medically, physically, and psychologically fit.
Non-tradesmen/women applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 22 at the time of application.

Non-Tradesmen/women.

Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 22 years at me time of application.
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 credits, including Mathematics and English, from WAEC/NECO/GCE/NABTEB/NBAIS, obtained in no more than two sittings.

Tradesmen/women.

Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 27 years at time of application.
Applicants with ND/NCE must possess at least lower credit om accredited institutions and must possess a minimum of 5 Credits, including Mathematics and English, in not more man 2 sittings in WAEC/NECO/GCE/NABTEB/NBAIS.
Applicants applying as drivers and other trades that require trade test must possess a minimum of 5 credits, including Mathematics and English, in not more than 2 sittings in WAEC/NECO/GCE/NABTEB/NBAIS in addition to their trade test certificate and a valid driving licence for drivers
In addition to the 5 credits requirement in SSCE, applicants applying as sportsmen/women are to present evidence of their professional experience, which should include certificates and medals.
Applicants must be free of any previous conviction(s) on criminal grounds by a court of law.

On completion of the application forms, applicants must print underlisted documents:

Acknowledgment Form.
Parent/Guardians Consent Form
Local Government Area Attestation Form to be signed only one of the following:

Military officer from the same State as the applicant and not below the rank of Wing Commander in the Nigerian Air Force or equivalent in the Nigerian Army and Nigerian Navy
Police officer of the rank of Chief Superintendent of Police and above.
Substantive Local Govemment Chairman/Secretary
Magistrates from applicants' state of origin.

Local Government Area Attestation Form must be accompanied by the passport photograph and photocopy of the Signees' Drivers Licence or National ID Card or International passport
