The NDE Renewed Hope Employment Initiative (RHEI) Phase 2 Application is currently open. This is an initiative of the National Directorate of Employment (NDE) aimed at providing unemployed Nigerians with hands-on skills to enhance their employability and entrepreneurial capabilities.
The NDE Program offer a variety of flexible training schemes, each featuring multiple skill-set options for you to select from.

- Visit www.nde.gov.ng
- Create an account on the portaL
- Kindly input your NIN to start the identity verification process
- Fill in your personal details and other information
- Select your prefered programme, scheme and skill - set
- Submit your application, retain your registration number, download the acknowledgement slip, and await further notification
- Update your state of origin to your state of residence if both are not the same, as verified by NIMC
