Applications are now open for the 2025-2027 academic cycle.
The Mundus MAPP Consortium has been supported by the Erasmus + action of the European Union. The Erasmus Mundus (EMJM) scholarship will be offered to outstanding applicants from both within and outside the EU.
The Mundus MAPP is a prestigious two-year Erasmus Mundus Masters in Public Policy program that allows students to study at top European universities. The program offers several mobility tracks, enabling students to specialize in different public policy fields across multiple institutions.

Benefits of Mundus MAPP Masters Scholarship
- 1,400 EUR/month for 24 months (up to 33,600 EUR).

Requirements for Mundus MAPP Masters Scholarship
Eligible program:
- Global Public Policy (CEU PU-IBEI track)
- European Public Policy (CEU PU-York track)
- Political Economy and Development (ISS-IBEI track)
- Governance and Development (ISS-York track)
Who can apply:
- Applicants from both EU and non-EU countries with strong academic qualifications in public policy or related fields.
- Candidates who have not previously received an Erasmus Mundus scholarship are encouraged to apply.
Selection Process
Timeline:
- February 4, 2025: For applicants seeking financial aid.
- April 15, 2025: For non-EU/EEA residents not applying for financial aid.
- July 1, 2025: For EU/EEA residents not applying for financial aid.
Selection is based on academic merit, motivation letter, recommendation letters (two required), and English proficiency. Applicants must indicate their preferred mobility track in the application.
Application Documents
Complete the online application form and submit the following documents:
- Two recommendation letters.
- Scanned copies of transcripts and diplomas.
- A 500-word motivation letter outlining reasons for applying and preferred mobility track.
- Proof of English proficiency (unless eligible for a waiver).
Ensure all documents are translated into English.
