The Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy is a program that aims to build skills, awareness, and a nuanced perspective among young people to tackle challenges in various fields including the public sector.

Requirements for LJLA Young Leadership Submit
This opportunity is open to:
- Young Nigerians between the ages of 25 and 35,
- Armed with at least three years of work experience,
- Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor’s degree,
- Have an NYSC Certificate or Exemption Certificate? If so, this fellowship is calling out to you.
Selection Process
Becoming a fellow involves undergoing this structured process:
- Application Form: Begin by filling and submitting the online application form. This is your first step in introducing yourself and your aspirations.
- Aptitude Test: Applicants will undergo a Computer-Based Test (CBT) aimed at evaluating their aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Essay Submission: An essay focusing on critical thinking and written communication skills. This stage allows candidates to showcase their ability to articulate ideas and propose solutions to complex issues.
- Competency-Based Interview: The final stage involves a competency-based interview, assessing candidates’ suitability for the fellowship based on their skills, experiences, and potential for impact.
