Requirements for Katsina Government Talent Connect Fellowship

• Reside in Katsina State
• Have graduated in 2022 or later with a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND)
• Have a minimum qualification of 2.2 for Bachelor’s Degree holders or Upper Credit (>3.00) for HND holders
• Be 27 years or younger
• Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program or have an exemption certificate
