The IFCN is pleased to announce Three education scholarships and Three research scholarships for Young Clinical Neurophysiologists for 2020.
Education Scholarship: The IFCN awards three scholarships each of $25,000 USD for young clinical neurophysiologists wishing to spend at least 6 months in a neurophysiological laboratory with a national/international reputation. Applicants are expected to advance their training in Clinical Neurophysiology.
Research Scholarship: The IFCN awards three scholarships each of $25,000 USD for young clinical neurophysiologists wishing to spend at least 6 months in a neurophysiological research laboratory with a national/international reputation. Applicants are expected to participate in a research project.

Successful applicants are awarded $25,000 USD.
Requirements for IFCN Research
- These scholarships will be split between applicants from economically disadvantaged countries and applicants from developed countries and covers at least 6 months of study.
- Applicants who are 35 years of age or less will be given preference.

- CV, including training to date and publications and any other supporting documents considered appropriate
- Evidence of at least 6 months of specialty training in clinical neurophysiology
- Copy of passport or other government issued ID clearly showing applicants date of birth (applicant should be 35 years of age or less at the application due date)
- Goal of the scholarship
- Short description of the educational/training goals
- Duration of fellowship (minimum 6 months)
- Letter of recommendation from the home institution
- Letter of acceptance from the host institution supervisor/mentor
- Description of how the fellowship will result in change in the applicant’s current practice/employment.
