The Femme Forward Nigeria Program is a 3-month virtual program established to support, empower, and uplift young Nigerian women between the ages of 20-25 so they can overcome career hurdles through the power of peer collaboration while exposing them to local and global opportunities.

In the contemporary landscape, it is crucial to empower youth and cultivate leadership skills among young women. It is widely recognized that young individuals face distinct challenges as they progress through their personal and professional lives.

 Participating in this Femme Circle, girls can expect to experience several positive impacts:

• Enhance communication and interpersonal skills: focus on effective communication techniques, active listening, and assertiveness, empowering youth to navigate various professional and personal settings confidently.

Requirements for Femme Femme Forward Program

• Age: Youth girls aged between 20 to 25.
• Enthusiasm: Demonstrated interest in personal development, leadership, and overcoming challenges.
• Commitment: Willingness to actively participate and engage in regular circle meetings.
• Diversity: Aiming for a diverse group, considering backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
• Availability: Ability to commit to regular meetings, ideally 2 to 3 times a month.
• Open-mindedness: Willingness to share experiences, listen to others, and embrace diverse viewpoints.
• Long-Term Engagement: Intent to remain part of the circle for at least three months
