Diageo Learning Hospitality Programme for Nigerian Youths 2025

Diageo Nigeria, in partnership with the Lagos State Government, has launched the Learning for Life (L4L) programme 2025 to train over 250 young people in hospitality industry standard skills and essential life skills.

Learning for Life is Diageo’s business and hospitality skills programme for those seeking employment in the hospitality industry, but who may have faced barriers to education and employment in their lives. It provides equal access to business and hospitality skills and resources to increase participants’ employability, improve livelihoods and support a thriving hospitality sector that works for all.

Requirements for Diageo Hospitality Programme

• Youths between the ages of 18 - 27 years
• People living in Lagos state or people who can stay in Lagos for the duration of the program
• Interested in pursuing a career in the hospitality sector
• Women and people living with disability are encouraged to participate

Selection Process

Application opens          - 14th July, 2025

Application closes         - 28th July, 2025

Face-to-face training     - 11th August - 15th August 2025

Online course                 - 16th August - 24th August 

Internship Placement   -  1st September - 17th November
