Key Expectations on the Programme

• Complete an intensive 1-month classroom immersion covering business strategy, economic analysis, cement industry fundamentals, risk management, and leadership.
• Undertake structured rotations across Operations & Technical, Commercial & Distribution, and Corporate Support functions.
• Participate in site visits and extended assignments at major plants and depots to gain firsthand exposure to the industrial environment.
• Work on high-impact projects that address strategic priorities, culminating in a capstone presentation to senior leadership.
• Participate in three leadership labs focused on personal mastery, team leadership, and enterprise leadership.
• Engage actively in mentoring relationships with cross-border C-level executives
• Maintain a reflective development journal and engage in peer learning circles

Requirements for Dangote Cement Management Trainee Program

• Between 28 and 25 years old
• Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
• 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience
• Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND – for technical roles)
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills;
• Comfort with data-driven decision-making.
• Demonstrated leadership potential with ability to influence stakeholders across levels
• Resilience and adaptability to thrive in demanding industrial environments
