The City University of London is inviting applications for its ongoing Global Leaders Scholarship from undergraduate international students to study at the university.

The scholarships are awarded by the City University on the basis of academic merit and applicants' personal statements and is available only for the first year of the students at the university.

The Global Leaders scholarship is  for students who have completed a non-UK home country's equivalent to 'A' Levels (for example French Baccalaureate, Italian Maturita or US High School Diploma) and meet the other eligibility requirements as well.

The scholarship is worth £1,000. The scholarship is payable in year one of the course and cash payments will be made in February 2020.

Applicants must be:

Be an EU or international student with your home country’s equivalent to ‘A’ levels (for example French Baccalaureate, Italian Maturita or US High School Diploma)International students undertaking a recognized international foundation programme Be applying for your first year of undergraduate study in 2019/20Achieve the grades set out in the terms of your offer from City Please note: This scholarship is not eligible to International (non UK/EU) students with overseas fee status from Cass Business School.

Selection Process

1. Applications will be assessed by members of the University Admissions Office on the basis of academic merit and the quality of applicants’ personal statements. Shortlisted applicants may be required to provide further information.
2. You will be sent an email in January 2020 confirming your award and asking for your bank account details. You must confirm your bank account details to City by 15th January 2020 to enable your payment to be processed in February.
