The Unilever Leadership Internship Program (ULIP) is a global initiative by Unilever aimed at identifying and developing a pipeline of future leaders. The ULIP 2025 is Launched Globally by Unilever in different Countries, including Pakistan, Singapore, Costa Rica. The Duration of the Unilever Leadership Internship is 8 Weeks. Participants will work at the Unilever Offices and will develop the Leadership Skills by working on the live project.

Requirements for Unilever Leadership Internship Program

•  Be a student in the 3rd year of an undergraduate degree or enrolled in their master’s degree.
• The ULIP is for people who want to get to grips with the inner workings of a vast business and a desire to understand how it works.
• Applicants are expected to show commitment, learn real people skills, and have a deep-seated interest in the business.
