  • Problem-solve using coding and other forms of technology
  • Develop design systems and gather information on project limitations, capabilities, performance requirements, and interfaces
  • Model a system or application to help developers write the code that is needed

Requirements for ALX Africa/MasterCardalx Software Engineering Scholarship

  • Must be of African origin
  • Age between 18-34 years
  • Can commute and attend in-person requirements in one of our eight city hubs - Nairobi, Kigali, Lagos, Accra, Casablanca, Cairo, Addis Ababa, Johannesburg.
  • Access to a computer and internet during the programme

Below is a refresher of the eligibility criteria for non-Africans:

  • Must pay for course
  • Age: 18 years and older
