About the Rice Master Training Program (RMTP)

The RMTP is a comprehensive three (3) week training program aimed at enhancing both technical and managerial skills in the rice value chain. The training will cover a period of 7 months where participants would be in 3 separate sessions. In between the sessions, there would be “intersession-assignments” where participants would apply lessons learned. The program covers a broad range of both topics vital to the sector, combining theoretical knowledge and hands-on practical experience. Key areas of focus in this maiden edition include:

About the Rice Master Training Program (RMTP)

- Gender-Inclusive Approaches: Understand the importance of inclusivity and promote gender-transformative approaches in the rice value chain.
