The Adobe Research believes in bringing together the smartest, most driven people, and giving them the freedom to nurture their intellectual curiosity, while providing them the necessary resources and support to shape their ideas into tangible results.

In that spirit, the Adobe Research is inviting applications from high achieving women in science related studies for its Adobe Research Women In Technology Scholarship.

The scholarship is open to female students currently enrolled as  undergraduates or masters student at a university for the 2019-2020 academic year.  They must have already completed one year of studies and can't be first year students.

Requirements for Adobe Research Undergraduate Scholarship

Applicants must meet all of the following criteria:

1. Be a female student currently enrolled as an undergraduate (2nd year or above) or masters student at a university for the 2019-2020 academic year.  First year undergraduate students are not eligible.  Students must have completed at least one year of university education.
2. Intend to be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate or masters student at a university for the 2020-2021 academic year.
3. Be majoring in computer science, computer engineering, or a closely related technical field.
4. Maintain a strong academic record
5. Not have a close relative working for Adobe Research

Selection Process

The deadline for submitting a completed Women-in-Technology application is September 27th, 2019 at 5pm Pacific Time. A committee of Adobe researchers will review all applicants and select the winners at their discretion. Recipients are selected based on their academic record, a personal statement, and three letters of reference. Students may be invited for phone interviews following the initial review.

Scholarship recipients will be announced by November 20, 2019.

Students in India are eligible for the US Program, but must choose to apply to either US or India Program Adobe India Women-In-Technology Scholarship.

3. Three references (our online application system will request letters from your references via email)
4. Answers to up to four essay questions, which will be available when we start accepting applications
5. An optional 60-second video or multimedia submission describing your dream career.
