The UCL Institute of Education (IOE), United Kingdom and its partner the International Students House (ISH), offers the Centenary Doctoral Scholarship to international (non-UK and non-EU) doctoral students in developing countries scholarship to study for 2019/2020 academic session at the institute.

For the Postgraduate Student Award, the IOE covers the student's tuition fees and stipend for one year of full-time Master's level study. The IOE Fulbright award is an exceptionally prestigious distinction, and attracts a world-class field of candidates.
For the Distinguished Teacher Award, successful candidates receive a Fulbright grant to cover their flights, accommodation and food for the duration of the programme. The IOE provides academic mentoring and a range of practical support.
