Scientists, Engineers, and Mathematicians Scholarship by Radcliff Fellowship

Harvard University is awarding the Harvard University Academy Program to International students who wish to pursue a PhD at the university.

About The Scholarship:
Each year, four to six Academy Scholars are named for two-year in-residence, postdoctoral fellowship appointments at the Harvard Academy for International and Area Studies, Harvard University, Cambridge, MA. 

They receive substantial financial and research assistance to undertake sustained projects of research and/or acquire accessory training in their chosen fields and areas. The Senior Scholars, a distinguished group of senior Harvard University faculty members, act as mentors to the Academy Scholars to help them achieve their intellectual potential.

Radcliff Fellowship Scientists, Engineers, and Mathematicians Courses

Requirements for Radcliff Fellowship Scientists, Engineers, and Mathematicians

Applicants in science, engineering, and mathematics must:

  1. Have received their doctorate in the area of the proposed project at least two years prior to their appointment as a fellow (December 2018 for the 2020-21 fellowship year).
  2. Have published at least five articles in refereed journals. Most science, engineering, and math fellows have published dozens of articles

This is not intended to serve as a post-doctoral fellowship. We fund individuals who clearly evidence a strong body of independent research and writing. 
Individuals who are in doctoral or master’s programs at the time of application submission are ineligible to apply.
Former Radcliffe fellows (1999-present) are ineligible to apply.
