The Federal government has announced that registration for the N75 billion survival fund for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) will begin on Monday, September 21.
The survival fund is a conditional grant to support vulnerable Micro and Small enterprises in meeting their payroll obligations and safeguard jobs in MSMEs from the shock of the COVID- 19 pandemic.
A statement issued in Abuja on Sunday, 20th September, 2020, by the Project Delivery Office said the portal which opens at 10 pm on Monday the 21st, would have educational institutions as the first category of beneficiaries to register.

The Payroll Support Scheme is aimed at MSMEs adversely affected by the pandemic. The scheme will provide Payroll Support to a maximum of 10 employees per qualifying MSME.
